Leadwire

Leadwire is the raw material for the airgu pellet production. Here the quality is very important. Leadwire must have the below given features;
- Constant diameter through the whole wire
- Very precise Pb/Sb alloy which is mostly 0,30% antimonial lead
- Very shiny surface which will affect the surface of the end product also
- Packed in 25 kg to allow operator carry it easy and place to feeder

MTM offers various diameter of leadwire for the airgun pellet production. The lowest diameter is 4,10mm and the biggest is 8,60mm. Product/wire size chart is as below;

For 4,50mm pellet; 4,10mm leadwire
For 5,50mm pellet; 5,10mm leadwire
For 6,35mm pellet; 5,90mm leadwire
For 7,62mm pellet; 7,10mm leadwire
For 9,00mm pellet; 8,50mm leadwire
